Once upon a time a long time ago - way back in 1973 - Bray Leino was born into the heart of rural Devon. Inspired by an entrepreneurial spirit, the crashing waves and broad horizons we’ve grown into one of the biggest advertising agencies outside of London.
Who we are
Still Headquartered in beautiful Devon but now with a thriving Bristol outpost and a growing army of recruits around the country, we continue to prosper more than 50 years on.
Sitting under the integrated agency umbrella, Bray Leino Media is a core pillar of the business. The world of media advertising is fast paced, fragmented and increasingly complicated. We exist to help our clients plot a course through the complexity, guiding them towards advertising effectiveness.
In a world of black box algorithms, AI and roughly seven billion three letter acronyms, media can seem overwhelming. It can feel like the ad industry doesn't want its customers to understand what's happening. It doesn't need to be this way.

Steve joined Bray Leino in 2004 after nine years at a major London agency, where he worked across categories including CPG, pharma, and finance for some top UK advertisers. As Media Director since 2015, he has led key changes in personnel, tools, and tech to keep the agency's offering cutting-edge.

Alison Fewings
Media Manager
With 17+ years in media, Ali is known for delivering successful campaigns across B2C and B2B sectors. Ali works closely with clients to align with business goals, managing investments from small investments to multi-million-pound campaigns.

Stuart Russell
Head Of Digital Media
With 20+ years in digital media, Stuart's expertise spans search marketing, social platforms, Amazon, and SVOD. His APAC and UK experience covers industries like travel, healthcare, and e-commerce. A dedicated golfer, Stuart spends weekends on the course.

Liz Parkes
Media Manager
With 20+ years in media, Liz brings expertise in FMCG, B2B, and Direct Response clients. After joining Bray Leino 10 years ago for a better work-life balance, she’s known for her attention to detail and focus on planning. Outside work, Liz enjoys countryside walks and cooking for family and friends.

Andy Benningfield
Head of Broadcast
Andy joined Bray Leino in 2019, leading the broadcast team across TV and video strategy, planning, and trading. With 30+ years at top London agencies, he’s driven value for major UK advertisers through media innovation. Based in South East London, Andy is a keen angler and lifelong Arsenal fan.

Ashley Burgess
Paid Search Manager
Ashley, Bray Leino's search expert with 10+ years' experience, excels in performance and brand search. Skilled in paid social and digital display, she delivers impactful campaigns. An avid traveller, Ashley loves exploring new destinations.

Ben Waddy
Associate Media Director
After a dynamic career at London’s top media agencies, Ben joined Bray Leino in 2020. He excels in evidence-based media planning for B2B and B2C campaigns, with a passion for data and spreadsheets. Outside work, Ben stays active cycling and running around Wiltshire while raising his two children.

Emma Blake
Media manager
Emma brings global experience from APAC, US, and European markets, crafting strategies tailored to diverse audiences. Passionate about sustainability, Emma is a member of the IPA’s Media Climate Action Group, driving initiatives for greener practices in the media industry.

Tom Barlow
Associate Media Director
Tom started his media career at a large network agency before joining Bray Leino. Known for his precision, he collaborates closely with clients, using data-driven research to uncover valuable insights. Outside work, Tom enjoys rock climbing, outdoor adventures, and relaxing with his Xbox.

Louise Wilke
Broadcast Manager
With 20+ years in media, Louise is a DRTV expert who’s driven ROI for top charities like NSPCC and Oxfam. Joining Bray Leino in 2024, she works remotely from Rutland, balancing life with two teens, 60 houseplants, upcycling, and photography.

Tom Blackburn
Head Of Measurement & Effectiveness
Tom leads Bray Leino's Measurement division, specializing in Marketing Mix Methodology to optimize campaign effectiveness and deliver measurable results. Outside work, Tom is a passionate golfer.

Kandice Quain
Media Manager
With 10+ years in the industry, Kandice is a key driver of success and culture at the company. A champion for diversity, she works to improve industry access for underrepresented groups. Her efforts earned her a spot on the IPA’s 2022 iList, recognizing leaders advancing inclusivity in advertising.

Dylan Jones
Media Executive
After earning a degree in PR & Marketing, Dylan joined Bray Leino as a Junior Media Planner, applying academic knowledge to real-world campaigns. Based in Bristol, Dylan specializes in B2B media strategies. Outside work, Dylan enjoys squash, football, and staying active through sports.

Amy Lombard
Paid Social Media Manager
Amy, a Paid Social Media Manager with 8 years’ experience, specialises in driving performance through data-led paid social campaigns. With a strong track record across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit and Quora. She combines creative thinking with a results-focused approach to build campaigns that perform.

Tom Kerslake
Programmatic Trading Manager
Tom has worked in media and programmatic for over ten years. Whether that is trading through desks or working with our programmatic partners. Outside of work Tom enjoys racket sports, board games, and has a deep appreciation for live music. A self-professed metalhead, his musical tastes have started to mellow with age. Tom is passionate about traveling and exploring new places, especially in Asia.

Emily Mulford
Media Executive
After earning a degree in Media & Communications, Emily began her career in media buying at a small advertising agency. She has joined Bray Leino as a Media Executive and particularly enjoys the research element of her role with us. When not in the office, Emily enjoys watching live music, taking her dogs for walks, and relaxing with her cat.
